What is a Health coach and why do I need one anyway? Have you ever asked yourself this question?

The simple act of changing one little thing with intention, is more powerful and sustainable than trying extreme diets, hard core exercise programs or obsessing about everything you put on your plate. The “GO BIG or GO HOME” philosophy is an attitude to fail. You see, big doors swing on small hinges. By consistently implementing small changes that align with what you want to achieve you can bypass your brain’s fight-or-flight wiring system to such a degree as to create a sea of change and a ripple effect of global proportions! Real, sustainable changes that last, not loosing those 20 pounds by starving and depriving yourself only to slip back into the old habits and gain back the 20 pounds and then some. 98% of diets fail! That’s HUGE. So let’s look at what the 2% does to create changes that last.
They have 3 critical elements to creating habit changes that last. They have the right SYSTEM, the right SUPPORT and the right ACCOUNTABILITY. Like a 3 legged stool, without one of these things, the stool falls over and the program fails. That’s where I come in as a your health coach. The 14 day real food Jumpstart
This is a 14 day program that you do on your own in the comfort of your home with my support. You will have full access to the 14 day real food Jumpstart program, complete with tips and recipes to help you prepare and be successful. You will spend 2 days preparing, 7 days eating real whole foods, and 5 days reintroducing the top allergens we removed during the 7 days. You will have 3 personal coaching sessions to guide you. 1 at the beginning to help set your goals. 1 in the middle to offer support and encouragement, and 1 at the end to help you determine where to go from here.
The 5 week RESTART program
The RESTART program takes place in small groups. It is part nutritional education, part sugar detox/ real food challenge and part support group. An EMPOWERING combination!
The 5 week Restart program is a simple, powerful way to give your body a vacation from having to process toxins like sugar and artificial franken foods. You will use REAL FOOD to boost your energy and cut sugar and carb cravings and set up a new healthy mindset for a lifestyle of optimal health and wellness. You will find out what foods work for your body and how to move forward even after the challenge is over. All materials are provided including the RESTART cookbook and meal plan to guide you. A private Facebook group is an optional support system available to you and all the RESTARTER’s that have gone through the program.
The 90 days to Total Transformation program
This is a 90-day, one-on-one, deeply transformational journey. You will create healthy sustainable habits to help you find your happy weight, double your energy and finally love the skin your are in, allowing your most confident, radiant, sexy and joyful self to shine through! We meet once a week, either in person or on the phone for 12 sessions. You will be supported with simple, clear, and effective solutions, tailored to your needs and within the context of your life, that will help you live joyously, heal from within, and begin to SHINE from the inside out.
You will learn how to attune to your body’s signs and symptoms and what it’s asking for and align your head and your heart so that healthy behaviors come to you naturally because it just feels so good to feed your body and spirit what they have been asking for.
You will give from a place of over flowing instead of depletion and feel energized and happy doing it. When you show up for yourself, your best self is given to others too.
Your life feels balanced and you feel empowered with sustainable habits to reduce stress, have a healthy mind, a happy weight and confidence in your relationship to food.
Together, by uncovering your deepest desires, your motivations for change, and the barriers to accomplishing that which you deserve, we will FINALLY get you to the health, body, and life of your dreams.
