Being aligned and in the flow state does NOT mean there will be no obstacles as you are building or growing your business. It also doesn’t mean things are going wrong or they are broken.
In this weeks LIVE on Soulful Abundance with Chris, I want to share how you can turn any obstacle into a fast track for your success.
I want to invite you to imagine a river. There is a river bank guiding the flow of the water. And parts of the river are slow and calms and meandering. And some parts of the river are fast, with white water rapids and big rocks causing the water to take a different path.
Your business is the current of the river. Sometimes it feels easy and sometimes things go sideways and you want to burn it all down. But what if those obstacles in the river were there to actually fast track your success? What if they helped you change the pathway with which you are moving down the river. Those big rocks in the river, they create the RAPIDS. The flow of water becomes FASTER, not slower. If you notice the calm places in the river, there is no white water. White water appears only when the water bumps up against something and has to go up and over, or around the thing in the way.
But have you noticed that the water ALWAYS finds a way down stream? It doesn’t stop and fight against what’s in the way. It simply continues moving. It shifts. Pivots and keeps going. There is NO resistance. Just an opportunity to go in a different direction. If you can chose to see any obstacle in your business as an opportunity to shift, pivot and leverage it as an opportunity, success happens quicker. You stop wasting energy on resisting what is, and use the obstacle as information to help you make the next decision. The more decisions you make, the further along the pathway you go. And that is the secret weapon to your success.
Successful people do not have less challenges.
They don’t have it easy. They just navigate the challenges quickly and make more decisions. Those decisions propel them forward. They stop seeing challenges as something to fight against. Instead, they see the opportunities that the challenger brought to help them leverage the next WIN.
So, what if nothing was broken? What if you couldn’t get it wrong? What if each thing in your pathway was an opportunity to leverage for your success? How would that change the energy in which you approach your business?
How can you leverage the next challenge to help you find the shift, pivot or pathway to your next win?
I’d love to hear.
